This Swiss Chalet celebrates traditional Alpine Cottage Architecture with its bracketed eaves, half-timbering, and wide, ornamented balcony. (And yes, the goat stencil is, obviously, included too!) I decorated mine with pink fondant panels, multicolor royal icing, and intricately piped floral motifs.
This one is not for the inexperienced, but for those who crave the ultimate gingerbread house-making challenge this Holiday season, those who need to impress their friends and family, and those who are desperate to win this year’s gingerbread house competition.
Difficulty level: 5/5 (For the experienced- not first timers!)
